Cardio and Spinning Section

This sections provides best variety of cardio fitness equipments. Our Cardio Section is equipped with world class equipment like Treadmillis, Cross Trainers, Recumbent Bikes, Upright Bikes, Rowers & Steppers.

This section also includes spinning classes for building athletic strength.

Strength Training
In strength section, facility includes the state of art weight training equipments to enable you to get the workout you want and the results you desire. Each machine offers low friction and top quality weight smoother and easier in use. This section has light weight dumbbells for females as well as tons of free weights for hard core trainers.

In this section you can tone up your muscles and strengthen your ligament and tendons with light weight.

Also, one can go for hard core training for body building with international standard free weight equipments.


Pilates & Boot Camp Training
This facility includes special training to firm your abs as well as to gain flexibility and to build cardiac strength through boot camp training, this includes workout to strengthen your core.

Group exercise classes Including Aerobics & Yoga
This section includes Hi/Lo Aerobics for upper and lower body sculpting. This facility offers beginners, intermediate and advance high intensity classes in cardio fitness combined with Yoga classes.
